Our board of Trustees are made up of founding members of the organisation and parents who give up their time freely. The board of Trustees are responsible for the effective governance of the school. It appoints all members of staff on behalf of the Association, it delegates responsibility of the effective management of the school to the School Manager and Senior Management Team.
The Trustees meet every half-term with the School Manager and maintain strong links with our Senior Management Team to ensure the continued development of the school.
Individual Trustees are elected at our AGM by the whole Association (the parents and teachers). The Trustees are officially the governors of the school and directors of our limited company and trustees of out charity, and have a responsibility for legal and financial matters to do with the school.
