There is a wonderfully inspiring article in last Sunday’s Observer about Drumduan, a Steiner-based Upper School for 14-18 year olds in Scotland. The school was co-founded by actress Tilda Swinton who wanted her two children to continue Steiner education once they left the Moray Steiner School at 14. It is so encouraging to see the alternatives for Steiner students to continue their learning journey, away from the more usual route of GCSEs in a state school.
