The summer term has now ended and the children are enjoying the start of their summer break, but at the school a new chapter is just beginning. Over the holidays work is being undertaken to create two new classrooms for our growing school. When the children return in September Willow kindergarten will have moved upstairs, while downstairs will become home to the new Class I transition class and Class II and III. There is a lot of work to be done in a short space of time, but it is exciting to see the school building being transformed to accommodate our growing community. Please can anyone with the time to spare volunteer an hour or two for the Ready Steady Go week (22nd August to Saturday 24th August and Tuesday 27th to Saturday 31st inclusive) to help get everything ready for the start of the new school year.
Also, a huge Thank You to all who came to the Summer Fayre or volunteered their time to make sure everything ran smoothly. The fayre was a great success, raising over £1,000.
Wishing all our families, friends and supporters a very wonderful Summer break!
