Complaints

We sincerely hope that all our families and children have a wonderful experience while attending our Nursery. However, we appreciate that there may be times you need to share feedback or complaints with us, and we strive to make this process as accessible and helpful as possible.

Our complaints procedure aims to reassure parents that:

  • Any complaint will be dealt with in a fair, open and responsive way, with the aim of achieving a prompt and satisfactory resolution; and
  • Calder Valley Steiner Education recognizes that a willingness to listen to questions and criticism and to respond positively, can lead to improvements in practices.
