To start July 2015 (to work with our current teacher before taking up the role in September 2015)
Due to our present member of staff leaving us, we are looking for a new Hand Work Teacher to join our team of committed staff at the School in Cragg Vale.
We are situated in a beautiful rural location close to the market town of Hebden Bridge.
Ideally we are looking for someone with teaching experience, preferably within the Steiner Waldof curriculum and with some experience of working with children aged 6 years – 14 years.
The applicant must have the following skills –
Knitting & Crochet (clothing such as hats, gloves & jumpers)
Sewing (embroidery, cross stitch, doll making, clothes)
Leather work (belts, pouches, slippers)
This post will be 8 hours per week, days to be agreed.
The salary is £18 per hour
Applicants should ideally not have children in classes 1-5.
